EXEMPT "HOME VENUE" STATES
Amateur MMA is not legal in the "BLACK" States Below, so IBL Teams from these States will either need to hold their home event in another State, on Federal land (Military base or Indian Reservation) or allow another IBL Team to host the event planned for them.
