  • IBL CONFERENCE DIRECTOR
    • This individual could be either an IBL Team Owner, IBL Coach, MMA Promoter, Trainer, Official and even a Fighter.
    • They must be a motivated individual with vast knowledge of not just MMA but also, Promoting, Training, Officials work as well as their knowledge of the IBL so that they can answer and inform any individuals within their Conference inquiring about the IBL.
    • This individual is in charge of:
      1. Recruiting the Teams for his/her conference into the IBL.
      2. Helping with any questions, concerns or needs of the IBL Regions under his representation.
      3. To Host/Promote the Conference Championship event.
         • At the end of the 4 match season, the Conference Director will host the Conference Championship which will include the top TWO TEAMS of their Conference.
         • In this event, the 2 IBL Teams will be matched up to determine the Conference Champion.
         • The IBL Conference Champion Team will next move on to the IBL Grand Prix or as it has been nicknamed, "The Final 4!"
           
           
  • ISCF REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE
    • The Regional Represnetative is the event Sanctioning Body (ISCF) Event Represnetative who will attend each IBL Event within his/her Region as the ISCF Event Representative.
    • In addition to his/her work as an ISCF Event Representative at the IBL events, this individual will also assist each IBL Team in coordinating event Officials and other legistic needs for their Promotion.
    • This person will also assist in assuring all IBL Team Fighters and Trainers are ISCF Registered.
    • This person will also assist in assuring all Officials are ISCF Certified and ISCF Registered.

Each year, the IBL will adjust and modifiy the event schedules to equal the needs of the number of Teams registered for that particular season.
